- Website transfer to our servers.
- Proactive availability monitoring.
- Server security and performance audit.
- Installation of the server control panels.
- SSL certificate installation.
- Installation and configuration of basic services (apache, nginx, mysql, php, ftp, and others).
- Installation and configuration PHP modules (Ioncube, Zend Optimizer).
- Setup backup policy.
- Basic optimization of services (load analysis, tuning of main services: mysql, nginx, php)
- Anti-virus site scanning.

How we proceeding customer's requests for System Administration?

All on-demand system administration requests are received through the ticket system and executed in the order of the receipt queue and priority by our support team according to SLA.
